Why should we have a wedding video?

Your wedding is a once in a lifetime event. A video of your special day is a family keepsake that will be appreciated for years to come. You will be able to show your video to your children, grandchildren and great grand children. Imagine how nice it would be to have your video for your 25, 50 and 75 year anniversaries.

The emotions, the tears of joy, the exhilaration, the love and the laughter only happen once.

Photographs are great, but they only capture a snapshot image. Video captures it all; the sights, the sounds and the emotions.

Why should we pay for a professional video when our (friend, relative) has offered to videotape?
There are many things that relatives could provide for your wedding day, but with all due respect, it does not mean that they will necessarily do a good job of them. Home movies are a world apart from professional wedding videos. We have heard so many horror stories about relatives running out of batteries at crucial moments, not having enough tape and so on, surely it is just not worth the risk.

One of the biggest regrets that couples experience after their wedding is the decision not to have professional video. We hear comments from couples who did not have a professional wedding video and they are devastated when they realized that all they have as a memory is the poor quality, shaky home movie. Please don’t leave this important decision to chance with your own wedding video, hire the professionals.

How long will it take to receive the finished video?

Generally 4-6 weeks are required for professional quality video editing, which is a very time intensive process.

When do you expect payment?

A deposit of 50% is required to reserve your date. The remainder is due 2 weeks prior to your wedding date. Bookings are accepted on a first come-first served basis.

Do you charge overtime if our event goes longer than expected?

No, all of our rates are clearly stated. There are no surprises.

Do you travel outside the Raleigh-Durham, NC area?

Yes, we travel within a 100 mile radius for free. There is an additional charge outside this region. Please call or e-mail for a quote.
